Neon Base 04 is a neon yellow base for coating and leveling nails.
Features:
- Weakly acidic with a pH of 5-6.
- Elastic and flexible.
- High coverage of the natural nail due to high pigmentation.
- May provide minimal shrinkage during wear due to its elasticity.
- Medium consistency, self-leveling.
- Provides wear without detachment for 3-4 weeks.
- Neutral odor.
- Does not cause excessive heating of the nail plate during polymerization, thus does not cause burning in the lamp.
- Hypoallergenic.
- Easily removed by filing or liquid.
- Does not run and self-levels very quickly.
- Requires a Rubber base underlay.
- Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior strengthening.
- Drying time in the lamp is 120 seconds.
- Can be additionally heated to make the consistency even thinner.
- Lamp power for drying: 48 W (this should be only the original lamp).
- The main rule when leveling: the thickness should be 1-1.5 mm at the edge.
- Thixotropic - becomes thinner in consistency during brush strokes.
Application method:
1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape. Or leave a spare 2 mm length, which will be filed and removed after leveling.
3. Use a 220 grit file to lightly file the nail from the top, lifting the flakes of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Do a manicure.
5. If you work with removers, after using them, wash your hands with soap and water.
6. Degrease the nail. Make two approaches. Use 4 napkins. One napkin for 5 fingers. The first approach - wipe the nail surface. The second approach - take an orange stick, put on a napkin, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and in the folds.
7. Dehydrator (optional).
8. Use a primer as desired. But if the base for the substrate has sufficient acidity, then the primer is not needed.
9. Underlay with Rubber base Lunamoon. It is best to apply with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. It is important to paint all the nail folds. Dry for 30 seconds.
10. Wipe off the stickiness.
11. Leveling. Dry in the lamp for 120 seconds.
12. File the form after leveling. This is necessary so that a thickness is formed at the edge, which will hold the free edge.
13. Wipe off the stickiness after filing.
14. Apply the top coat and dry for 120 seconds. Do not wipe anything after drying, as the shine may be lost.
