Cover Base 02 is a camouflaging base for covering and leveling nails.
Features:
- Weakly acidic with a pH of 5-6.
- Elastic and flexible.
- Provides high coverage of the natural nail due to its high pigmentation.
- May have minimal shrinking during wear due to its elasticity.
- Medium consistency that self-levels.
- Ensures wearability without chipping for 3-4 weeks.
- Neutral odor.
- Prevents excessive heating of the nail plate during polymerization, thus avoiding discomfort in the lamp.
- Hypoallergenic.
- Easily removed by filing or liquid.
- Non-dripping and quickly self-leveling.
- Requires a Rubber base lining.
- Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.
- Lamp drying time is 120 seconds.
- Can be further warmed to achieve a thinner consistency.
- Requires a 48W lamp for drying (only original lamp recommended).
- Main rule for leveling: thickness should be 1-1.5 mm at the edge.
- Thixotropic – becomes thinner during brush movements.
Application method:
1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape. Leave a 2 mm reserve length, which will be filed and removed after leveling.
3. Gently file the nail with a 220 grit file, lifting any nail plate scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Manicure.
5. If using removers, wash hands with soap and water afterward.
6. Nail dehydrating. Use two rounds with four tissues, one for each hand. First round: wipe the nail surface. Second round: wrap an orange stick with a tissue and wipe around the cuticles and sidewalls.
7. Dehydrator (optional).
8. Use primer if desired. If the base coat is sufficiently acidic, primer is not necessary.
9. Apply a lining with Rubber base Lunamoon using a flat gel brush. Ensure thorough application in all nail crevices. Cure for 30 seconds.
10. Remove tackiness.
11. Leveling. Cure in lamp for 120 seconds.
12. File the form after leveling to create a thickness at the edge to support free edge.
13. Remove tackiness after filing.
14. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to preserve shine.
